App crashes constantly I can’t use it - no feedback or help

I bought the app on Oct 9th. I have a Mac Book Pro 2.6 Ghz OSX 10.9.5 and I bought this app yesterday.

It crashes constantly in less than 30 seconds. I reopen it and it keeps crashing over and over again. I paid for something and I can’t use it.

There is no support at the website and I had no responses from Apple nor Instafeed after reporting this problem.

Seriously ? What is this ? Can anyone help me ?
